VIDEO TWO: TRAINING DOCUMENTARY

In order to help Suppliers have a closer look at the CDC system, we created a 10 minutes tutorial video showing how the system works step-by-step, including the online software (Portal), Import and Export process….

Import process Instruction

That was such a big challenge for us to make two videos in less than 3 weeks, and they are both full of technical information about Supply chain which we know nothing about. We had to deeply understand these knowledge in a short time and translate it into something that can be put on screen and interesting enough to keep audience attention. So that we and the 7-Eleven Vietnam team had been working very close to make sure all of information we deliver are not only correct but also concise and easy to understand.

Shooting stage was also challenging because one of the warehouses and the retail store was under construction at that time. So that we had to manage to capture nice and right areas in these location and avoid the audience to see something incomplete.

Behind the scene

Post-Production stage is always the most interesting time for us. At this stage we combined everything together including footage, voice over, music and our creativity to create the very first version of the video. After dozen of meetings to review and readjustment, the final product had been done and we were all happy with the result
